Who are we?

The Bison Grill & Kitchen has been a dream that has taken shape with a commitment to serve the best quality food to our customers.
We believe that food is not just of the body, but ofr the soul. When our customers eat the food that we serve them, they need to have an emotional connect that will touch their soul and leave a lasting impression on their minds.

 

How do we do it?

We only serve food that has touched our hearts wherever we have eaten. If its ont on our menu, it means that we have not like it personally. Keeping that in mind, we have lined up our chefs who carry the same passion as we do.

Rather than calling ourselves a “BEngaluru institution” or using the word “reliable,” We use our headline to make a specific claim — ”Served every day since 2018” — that demonstrates those ideas. This captures more attention and paints a richer, more vivid picture of our history and role in the Kodava community. 

Our chefs cook just our menu, coz they are just too good at it. When our chefs cook, they have the sasme emotional connect that we so talk about.

The fabric of The Bison Grill * Kitchen was born out of love and respect for these humble creations, met with a desire to bring quality ingredients to the table. Simply put, we’re here to bring you a food experience you can feel good about.

SHALEEN SUBBAIAH

Chief Curator

A law graduate from Vivekananda Law College Bengaluru, Shaleen pursued a career in Law before the enterpreurship bug bit her in the year 2009. Shaleen runs a successful designer apparel business today with 2 renowned designer boutiques at Bengaluru & Gonicoppa.
Being a passionate cook, The Pandamic in 2020 pushed Shaleen to diversify into the food business with her first restaurant “Cheenchatti”, which went on to become the first full Kodava Service restaurant in Bengaluru.
Shaleen is our chief curator, creating mouth watering dishes that will always bring a smile on your face.

KEETHIANDA SUBBAIAH

Chief Operator

A Post Graduate in Economics from Annamalai University, Subbaiah had a long corporate career spaning over 21 years. Having held many leadership roles in top 100 companies, Subbaiah to the enterprenural pllunge in the year 2018. Founding one of India’s foremost Brand Development Company, Identity Designs, today Subbaiah caters to over 91 international clients, building brands for them.
Being a perfectionist has helped Subbaiah create a niche for himself in the service industry.
He brings this high service standards to The Bison Grill and Kitchen, to provide service that you will cherish for a long time to come.

PRASHANTH GOWDA

Chief Advisor

A Civil Engineer from Sri Jagadguru Chandrashekara Swamy Institute of Technology at Kolar, Prashanth has had long and rewarding career in the construction industry. Having started his career with construction groups, he moved on to head the civil engineering team of one of India’s largest MNC going on to construct all of the company’s campauses across the country.
Having over 24 years of experience in the industry, and after constructing over 6 million sft of commercial & residential spaces, Prashanth took the plunge into the world enterprenureship in the food industry.
